Teams,

Attached to this email is a map of the Pig Pen. Where you see Xs this means do not drive, do not attempt to drive, park your trailers on this area. You will get stuck as people have been getting all day.

Otherwise load in is going well and we are looking forward to seeing all of you soon.

Beer We will be selling Miller Lite, NOLA cans, High Life, and Coors Light, Vodka, Rum, Bourbon, Win, Gin, Water and Ice beginning Friday morning.

Couple other points:

Team check in begins tomorrow AM at 9 am. At this time you will get your bracelets, packet with judging info.

Friday is when we check in competition meat for Ribs, Shoulder, and Whole Hog.

Turn in times (This will also be in your Check in Envelope):

9:45 to 10:00       Turn in For Sauce and Perfect Bite

               

11:15 to 11:30    Turn in for Porkpourri

               

12:30 to 12:45    Turn in for WHOLE HOG

             

1:45 to 2:00         Turn in for Shoulder and Sides

               

3:00 to 3:15         Turn in for RIBS

We need BIG roll of heavy duty foil at least 6 more cans of sterno, at least 12 more pans, box (30?) of heavy duty trash bags. Would anyone like to comment on the quantities required on the rest of the items unspoken for that we will require?

Make sure to get the heavy duty, industrial 500 feet length of foil that is 15 inches wide. It will save time having to double up the smaller roll.  It is in Sam's close to the sterno in the back right corner of the store.
