Update on trailer load out.
We do not have oil for fryers, who is to get?
Generator? Gas?
Aluminum foil?
I’ve only got 3 large ice chests and may get another out of storage if the team so wishes.
I was planning on obtaining ice on Thursday evening unless y’all want to purchase onsite
Do we need more sterno? Don’t believe 6 cans is enough. Got any volunteers for sterno?
Can anyone think of ANYTHING else that needs to be in trailer?
Colin, have you gotten the spare tire for the smoker repaired?
Lighter fluid? Charcoal?
My plan is to move trailer to site early Friday morning unless someone wants to brave the weather on Thursday.

Subject: Team Load In Instructions
Teams,
Load in for the 8th Annual Ben Sarrat, Jr. Pork Cook Off is now open.
Please refer to the map attached and disseminate it to all people loading in for you. Stay on the paths and the crudely drawn black roads. There will be a FESS guard at the Wisner and Friedrichs Gate checking you you and making sure your delivery drivers understand where to go based on their plot.
The less damage we can cause to the public the better.
Also, please remove your cars from the lot and park in one of the attached parking lots asa soon as it is empty.
Thanks and lets have a great day!
Together we can do something great,
Rene

I have not updated the list as it ain’t all there. Thus I’m asking for input as to who is gonna get what. Small supplies can be carried in or put on the cart. Whatever heavies need to go should be put in trailer. Colin, are you dragging the pit?
Bringing across to North Shore is easy. Cleaning all the shit and putting it away is the pain in the ass.
