Teams,

Great to see you at the Plot Draft. For those who couldn't make it due to ballet or Quidditch practice, please respond to either Becker or I and let us know if you are in or out.

Excited to announce another new category to the Ben Sarrat, Jr. Cook Off. This year Blue Plate mayonnaise has sponsored a Side Dish category. The dish must use Blue Plate mayo (which will be provided to you).

Point of clarification on both the Blue Plate Side and Martin's Potato Roll Perfect Bite. All you have to do is use the product in your dish. The Perfect Bite doesn't need to be a sandwich (it could be a soup which uses the bread as a thickener ) and the side doesn't have to be cole slaw (it could be a soup which uses mayo as a thickener). Anyway, both categories are a chance for you to flex your creative culinary muscle.

Attached to this email is your River Parish Port O Let and Sanitation form. If you would like a port o let for your booth (or want to share one with your neighbor), you must use River Parish. They will be the only sanitation company allowed on the grounds.

To help facilitate interaction with your neighbors, I am including a copy of the plot positions in excel format. It is tabbed at the bottom by booth size.

Finally, last year we had a lot of fun celebrating Messi Swine's love of Billy Joel opus. If you have a Walk Up song you would like played as we announce you as a winner of a category, please email it to me. I will do my best to download it from Napster or LimeWire, but no promises of course.

Together we can do something great,
Rene

As we walk in from the front, it is now to the right instead of backed up to the fence along Wisner. Need to do a little logistical figuring.

It is actually to the left if you walk in the main entrance. We are right next to the second stage. Should have plenty of space behind the spot to set everything up.

Yes, we are to the left of the main entrance and to the right of the second entrance.

Conrad- given our options for the 20x20 tent, we chose what we think was the best location

Ted is correct, us old people get confused.

No problem with the location, we just got used to the other one. We’ll figure it out without Wright bothering us and Ted will re arrange everything we do anyway.
