Half-Minute Hero: The Second Coming[a] is a 2011 action role-playing game developed by Opus and published by Marvelous. It is the sequel to Half-Minute Hero. It was released in Japan for the PlayStation Portable before being localized in English for Windows in 2014.[1]
Half-Minute Hero: The Second Coming's single player mode features 5 separate episodes, each of which is unlocked after completing the previous episode. Each episode takes place hundreds of years after the previous one, and they all feature the same type of gameplay as the Hero 30 game mode in Half-Minute Hero.
Due to the various bosses in the game being able to cast a spell that kills the main character in 30 seconds, each hero is forced to make a contract with the Time Goddess that lets the player rewind time in exchange for increasing amounts of gold. The player must fight against the clock to defeat the boss as quickly as possible while completing various other objectives.
The plot of the game is largely comedic in nature, and parodies many classic RPG and anime series. The story begins when the special operations soldier Yusha is called upon to eliminate the remnant Evil Lords alongside a group including the swordsman Yashu. When this is complete, he is ordered by Queen Maria to slay 8 elemental dragons who are supposedly trying to destroy the world. However, it turns out that the queen is an impostor and Yusha accidentally opens the gate to the demon world by killing the dragons who had sealed it.
Yusha is imprisoned for supposedly murdering the queen, and Yashu turns against him, seeking dark powers and becoming immortal. Yusha manages to break out of prison and defeat the evil fiends. After a time skip of centuries, the story switches to Yushia, a young princess whose country is attacked by an evil Empire. With the help of her friends, she is able to defeat the emperor and return peace to the land.
After another time skip, it is revealed that "Gods" descended from on high to destroy the world due to the coexistence of humans and demons, which they found unacceptable. The rough and tumble Yuja, dubbed the "Godslayer", teams up with the blind songstress Coo to destroy the Gods and free humanity. Ultimately, the Gods are defeated by Yuja, but the Time Goddess suddenly goes insane due to the imbalance of the Timestream, becoming the evil Black Goddess. Yuja fights through time to stop her, and Coo sacrifices herself to bring her back to normal.
Finally, the Time Goddess realizes someone is pulling the strings to make sure the world is always faced by evil, ensuring balance between good and evil. The heroes from all past ages ascend to the heavens with the Goddess' help, and fight the forces of Fate, an entity who maintains the Timestream. Fate is destroyed, allowing the various races to live by their own rules.
Marvelous decided to localize Half-Minute Hero: The Second Coming due to the commercial success of the first game on Steam.[2] The localizers tried to match the same style as the translation of the first game done by Xseed.[2] Due to the extreme character limits of the game, text was forced to be concise. The game was ported from PSP in a week.[2]
The soundtrack of the game features an even larger cast of composers than the previous game. They include Hideki Asanaka, Motoi Sakuraba, Kumi Tanioka, Hiroyuki Iwatsuki, Kenji Ito, Tetsuya Shibata, Yoshitaka Hirota, Yasunori Mitsuda, Yui Isshiki, Masaharu Iwata, Masashi Hamauzu, Manabu Namiki, Yoko Shimomura, Michiko Naruke, Yasuo Yamate, Takushi Hiyamuta, Maiko Iuchi, Takaaki Nakahashi, Yasumasa Yamada, Yoshino Aoki, Toshikazu Tanaka, Takeshi Toriumi, Tomonori Arai, and Takashi Jinno.
I have one controller that renders pages in an internal web application that needs to be windows authenticated. There exists a second controller used for JSON-based queries into the system that do NOT need to be Windows Authenticated? Is that possible? It appears I've only been able to do one or the other at the moment.

There has been no comeback like this since Nixon. Trump now leads Biden in the swing states, and in the country at large. His issues \u2014 inflation, immigration, crime \u2014 are ascendant again. The multiple lawsuits against him have backfired, shoring up his Republican support, and lending credence to his largely spurious, but rhetorically effective, claim that he is the target of a witch hunt. (The new court ruling in Colorado is likely to have the same effect.) He has played this jujitsu masterfully, keeping the focus on himself, bobbing and weaving in a stream of countless lies and threats, taking his authoritarian pitch to new heights.
\u201CDictator on Day One\u201D sounds like a branding the Democrats might have deployed to destroy him. In fact, it\u2019s helping him win the GOP nomination in a landslide. On the GOP\u2019s most vulnerable issues \u2014 abortion and entitlements \u2014 he has inoculated himself. It\u2019s his election to lose. The Resistance turned out to be one of his greatest assets.
It may be that his unique noxiousness could derail his momentum, as the prospect of four more years of chaos looms. The New Hampshire primary may change the atmosphere, as it has in the past, and a Haley candidacy would be lethal against Biden. But it\u2019s beyond clear now that the way to beat Trump is to compete on policy grounds \u2014 controlling mass migration, intensifying law enforcement, touting legislative wins like the CHIPS Act \u2014 rather than to disqualify him on grounds that the American public has largely rejected.
The most delusional Ukraine supporters were telling us not so long ago that total victory was in sight. It wasn\u2019t and isn\u2019t. Obama\u2019s key insight remains true: Ukraine will always matter far more to Russia than to Europe or the US, and so, \u201Cwe have to be very clear about what our core interests are and what we are willing to go to war for.\u201D 2023 revealed the cold truth of this. The \u201Ccrippling sanctions\u201D designed to bring Russia to its knees have failed. Putin appears to have consolidated power at home. The summer Ukraine counter-offensive failed. The Europeans are hamstrung by Orb\u00E1n and their own paltry defense industry. In the US, the war is no longer bipartisan, and Trump\u2019s re-emergence has given Putin every incentive to wait this out some more. If Trump pledges to end the war by carving up Ukraine, it will be a campaign asset, not liability.
The horrors of the last few months \u2014 the depraved, anti-Semitic terror attacks of Hamas and the devastating IDF campaign in response \u2014 have changed Israel. The vulnerability exposed on October 7 will ensure that no serious Palestinian state or even entity will win majority Israeli support in the future. I think this has been plain for a very long time, but now it\u2019s indisputable. That giant tunnel close to the Gaza border? A symbol of what Israelis will never want to tolerate again.
