I've been reading the book at work on my breaks which has made for
lots of interesting comments in the cafeteria. I'm about on chapter 6
or so and lots of people have stopped by to ask questions make
comments and ask to borrow the book. I've worked at the same place 25
years and I just about know everybody all 1200 people that work here.
My job has me interacting with just about all of them at one time or
another and I also do annual safety training so chances are if I don't
remember your name I do remember your face. Thursday I forgot to lock
up the book in my desk drawer when I went home. Friday morning at
break time as I shuffled papers all over the place looking for the
book becoming more and ticked off because I couldn't find it I
realized what the hell it was missing. So I searched and I mean
search- I do lots of different things and I do admit this time of year
I have piles of work sitting around (year end accounting ugh). I
checked under the desk all the drawers every pile, bookshelves, even
garbage can. Nope- gone, missing, nothing, nada. I'll wait a day or so
to see if it makes its way back as mysteriously as it left before I
buy a new one, but man how close to sociopath do you have to be to
steal a book about how to identify a sociopath?

How wrong is that? Of course a real sociopath wouldn't think they were one...so maybe somebody is worried about a co-worker...or a family member? Next book...The Klepto Next Cubicle!!
