UTF-8 support

Would you consider adding UTF-8 encoding support to your CSV editor?

I am looking for UTF-8 support. MS Excel even up to Office 2010 does
not handle UTF-8 encoding with CSV files. You can import with MS Excel
in UTF-8 but you cannot modify and save the CSV file.

A beta version of Killink CSV Editor version 2.0 is available for
download. This version provides UTF-8 encoding support. Give it a try
and let me know if you encourage any issues.
