For tomorrow's negotiation with the Union Members, I have the following points to submit:
1. We are Union friendly organization. We always respect the union members and their creative ideas and activities.
2. Unions are the indispensable part of any organization. However, its always to be taken in the right spirit by the organization
3. We are humanistic organization. We respect humanity above the professionalism. But we never compromise on the organizational interest first
4. Salary and welfare are two different aspects. We will try to invest in the welfare of the employees to the maximum possible level.
5. When it comes to salary, our pay scale parameters are determined by:
a. Industry Practices
b. Inflation rates
c. Base salary
d. Performance appraisal by the supervisor
e. Years of services and the total tenure of services in the organization
6. We are always open to the rationalization of salary increment on the market rate
7. percentage increment is dependent upon the profitability of the organization
Please add up if you have anything further to. However, we may not bargain on the salary much on the negotiation table.
