Proposed cycling related question for political parties

I propose WUCC send a cycling related question to the three political parties in the election.  The sub-bullets are really targeted at the mandate letters the government will send the ministers.  Any thoughts?

Please outline your tangible plan to increase active transportation in Yukon, to reduce Yukon's transportation related greenhouse has emission and enhance Yukoners health and well being.  Additionally:

• Please specify the direction you will provide to the the Department of Highways and Public Work to build and maintain spaces for people to travel through and access government facilities by foot and bicycle year round.
  
• Please specify the direction you will provide to the Department of Education to increase children's active travel to and from schools.
