Friends,

I would like to spend some time discussing the writing style of the book 'Yiddish Policeman's Union."  Please highlight a passage or two that you like,  be prepared to read them aloud.

Some question on the passages  (I won't ask everyone all these questions):

What drew you to this passage?

What writing device is it?    Ex:  Simile, Metaphor, Personification, Hyperbole, Alliteration, Assonance, Onomatopoeia.... https://literary-devices.com/

Other Questions on the book:

This book is categorized as Science Fiction or Alternative Fiction.  Does this book fill like a science fiction book?  How does it compare to other science fiction books?

Fathers, Sons and their relationships.

Questions I typically ask for any book:

How reliable did you feel the narrator was?
