Hi Jo,

Thank you for posting it. I think that was filmed when my Sifu was
around 85 years old.

Did you know Martin Watts, his website is at
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtxjzphR8ao, don't know how close your
form and his form are.

Hi Helen my first form is more complicated than Martin's the
movements are closer to the first section of his Shr San Tai Bau form.
I hope to film the Sam Chien soon and post it on youtube or the likes.
