Tour Information needed / Campout this weekend

Congressman Pete Sessions office is arranging tours of Federal
buildings for us on Friday July 23rd. They needed everyone's social
security numbers - we have everyone's number and sent in the
information - THANK YOU!
Now they need the Birthplace - Country, State, and City of everyone on
the tour. We are okay on the White House Tour, this is for other
Federal Buildings. So please repond to wbjam...@gmail.com with this
information. We will also catch up with everyone on this item Saturday
during the campout.
Please know we can use more volunteers for Saturday in running our
challenges, games, ice breakers. Everyone is welcome to partake in
Dinner at a cost of $10/per person. We are submitting the final number
on dinner this afternoon. This is a campout. Please bring or arrange a
tent with sleeping bag. Please bring a mess kit with cup. Please bring
a sack lunch for Saturday. We will provide drinks and Saturday dinner
and a continental breakfast Sunday AM. Please bring a camp chair(s).
We will use this weekend to select our youth leadership for both
troops and assign patrols for each troop. We will put the Scouts
through a series of fun and entertaining activities designed to show
teamwork and leadership skills and just fun games including a massive
troops vs troop capture the flag game! Saturday night the adult
leaders for each troop will break off and select their youth
leadership and announce it the same night. Sunday morning each patrol
will be given the opportunity to meet and select their patrol name and
totem and yell and get to know each other.
Please pick up your Scouts by 10am Sunday
We are camping on the Cub Scout side of camp. When you enter the
parking lot the cub scout side is on the left. We will be near the
blue Cub World building. You can see it from the parking lot. We will
have Scouts/Scouters in the parking lot to help direct everyone.
While there is no cooking, we are happy to notify your troop leader of
your night of camping. I know T42 qualifies this as a night of camping
and it will be recorded on each Scouts record.
Brian and Harry and a few others are camping Friday night to set up
