Jamboree Order Update - Good Information Here!

Hello Scouts and Scouters, Family and Friends of Jamboree Troops 1632
and 1633,

The first wave of patches and t-shirts was last night. If you did not
pick up your order please note there are now two pick up locations
next week. For White Buffalo, Grey Owl, Blue Bonnet districts you can
next Monday, July 5th between 5-7pm at St. Andrews Presbyterian
Church.
Next Tuesday July 6th our Scouts on the West side of town can pick up
their orders at T175 Scout meeting. Northgate United Methodist Church
3700 W. Northgate Drive Irving TX 75062. They have the orders for
Western Star and North districts.

We are ordering more t-shirts. If you did not get the right size or
are missing t-shirts please let us know at wbjam...@gmail.com We
want every order right!

Please note on the Jamboree Participation Patch - Each Scout received
two as part of their Jamboree Fee - one in September 2009 and one in
May 2010. The third had to be purchased from the Jamboree catalog for
the third uniform shirt. The online catalog is now closed for orders.
You can still call 1-800-323-0732 and a Customer Service
Representative will help you if the item is still available. Credit
card over the phone, 5-10 bus days shipping.

Our Scouts are in Field (full - Class A) uniform every day of the
tour. At the Jamboree they are in Field uniform for breakfast and
dinner only. During the day they are in an Activity Uniform - Scout
socks, Scout shorts, Scout t-shirt.

Please remember to send in your Philly dinner order to
wbjam...@gmail.com This is a preorder due July 5th - Scouts that do
not register a preference will get the philly cheese steak dinner.

Large Duffel Bags are due Monday July 12th at St. Andrews Presbyterian
Church in Dallas for White Buffalo, Grey Owl, and Blue Bonnet
Districts. They are due Tuesday July 13th at Northgate UMC in Irving
for Western Star and North Districts. Have the Scouts pack their own
bag. Then have a parent double check. We will do another check at each
meeting.
