Jamboree Troop # Patches are in!...and more

Hello Scouts and Scouters, Family and Friends of Jamboree Troops 1632
and 1633 -

The Troop # patches are in! Each Scout received two number patches in
May. We purchased a third set for everyone and they are here. We will
have them available Monday July 5th at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church
from 5-7pm and at T175's Meeting Tuesday July 6th at Northgate United
Methodist Church in Irving for our Scouts in T175, T121, T508. The
cost is $3.00 for the patch if you have not already paid for it. If
you do not or cannot pick them up we will mail them to you.

Word on the street is the OA patches will be available July 12th at
St. Andrews in Dallas and July 13th at Northgate UMC in Irving.

We have the Jamboree nametags. We will distribute those to the Scouts
July 26th. We will not wear nametags on the New York/Philly/Washington
DC tour.

We have to submit a pre-order two weeks before we leave. If we do not
have your order by Monday July 5th then it is a Philly Cheesesteak for
you...Hey, it's Philly!

We will meet July 12th to finish our equipment check and get it ready
for transport to Camp Wisdom. If you can help July 12th please email

Please remember large duffel bags are due either July 12th at St
Andrews (T42) in Dallas or July 13th at Northgate (T175). The large
duffel bags will be loaded in a truck and head for the Jamboree on
July 17th. Each Scout should pack his own bag and then have it checked
by a parent. We will check them too when they are delivered.

If you want us to hold money for your Scout while on the trip please
let us know. There are several options on money for the trip, from
cash to pre-paid reloadable debit cards.

Please remember 5AM at DFW Airport at the US Airways terminal July
21st.
Both troops return in the 4pm hour on August 4th. We are returning on
separate flights by about 45 minutes. 1632 gets in first.
