Jamboree Troop 1632/1633 Update

Hello Scouts and Scouters of Jamboree Troops 1632 and 1633, Parents
and Friends,

Everyone should have received an email on Jamboree Medical Status.
Scouts/Scouters
were sent and email that was titled

If you have not received one of the two emails above please check your
spam folder.

Please email us at wbjam...@gmail.com if you have received one of
these two emails above or (and most important) NONE at all. We want to
hear from every Scout and Scouter going on the trip.

If you want the Adult Leaders to hold your Scouts' money during the
trip please let us know at wbjam...@gmail.com There are serveral
options on money from braclets (at Jamboree only) to pre-paid debit
cards, to cash ect.... We saw an email today on a Jamboree Discover
card. If you want us to handle your Scouts money please let us know.

The Jamboree Adult Leaders will handle any medicine in our Campsite.
Medicine that must be refridgerated will be held at the Sub-Camp
Medical tent in a...you guessed it ...refridgerator and we we will
check it out when necessary.

Patches and T-shirts should arrive by July 1st. When they are here we
will send out a note on a pick up date/location. We are holding the
Jamboree hats and will distribute at the airport July 21st.
If you ordered an extra hat we will distribute it with the patch
orders.

On July 21st at 5am we will meet at the US Airways terminal before we
pass through security. The Jamboree Adult leaders will have the
tickets/boarding passes.

We have established an account with http://www.flickr.com/ to download
pictures on our Jamboree experience. We are testing it out now with
the Adult leaders. When approved we will send out the sign in name and
password so you can access all our pictures. We plan to download every
day - depending on our travels that might not be possible some days.
We will use the blog http://jamboree2010.blogspot.com/ to write about
our experiences.

The Adult Leaders have a meeting Wednesday June 23rd. They will meet
again in July. There is a youth meeting for Patrol Leaders and the
higher officers Sunday July 18th. Place and Time TBD.

That is all for now, but certainly not all for good.

This will be the trip of a lifetime! Fantastic!!
