Hello Scouts and Scouters, Friends and Family of Troops 1632 and 1633
Here are a few reminders for our Jamboree Trip -
Large Duffel Bags are due Monday or Tuesday night depending on your
location.
We will take the duffel bag from you and transport it to the Council
Trailer.
This is a NO COST option. IF for some reason your large duffel bag
ends up at
the airport July 21st and has to be checked in you will have to pay
the baggage
fee - around $125.00 roundtrip (or more). Don't let that happen!!!
Uniforms go in the small duffel bag for the tour.
Radios are welcome, please pack them in the large duffel bag.
The flight to NYC has two legs via Charlotte NC - the first Jamboree
paid meal is lunch
around 1:30pm. It might serve you well to pack a healthy snack for the
plane. There
is not meal service on the plane.
The trailer loading at Camp Wisdom on July 18th at 8am is only for the
senior youth staff
and adults for both troops.
More t-shirts are in! If you need to get your t-shirts or exchange
sizes we can do that Monday and Tuesday of next week. Patches too! We
hope OA patches are available Monday and Tuesday. Not 100% though.
Make sure we have your one number for the phone tree and numbers you
want on text messages (more than one there is fine).

The last few items on our itinerary are confirming now. This will be a
fantastic time!
This trip is two and a half years in the making folks... this is a
trip of a lifetime!
