Hi All,

I've gathered some notes and will share them before our next meeting as a refresher. In the meantime, I wanted to highlight next steps below:

Before our next meeting:

• Startup Weekend Health folks
• Share helpful docs on lessons learned, sponsors/$, etc to WhartonDig...@gmail.com & Exec officers so we have this in one spot
• Submit expenses to Danika
• All current 1st year officers:
• create 3 bullets around objectives for relevant "Class of '16" positions as they relate to the work you did this year. Please add your thoughts here
• EVP Programming
• Rada to continue working on logo / look into Wordpress vs other website platform
• Create a WhartonDig...@gmail.com to save documentation - Done
  
• Create aTwitter: "@WhartonDgtlHlth" - Done

Topics for next two meetings (4/15; 4/29 + happy hour celebration)

• 4/15 (30-45 min)
  
• wrap up projects (startup health weekend expenses, consulting engagements, etc)
• working session - 
• envision 1st year roles
• high level programming goals
• establish budget
• 4/29 (1hr)
• talk through implementation/timeline leading to September (where we will be doing more of the upfront work)
• HCC Info Session --> PPT on club and Startup Weekend
• eClub/Tech Club collaborations --> outreach
• find a speaker to "kickoff" Digital Health in conjunction with eClub or Tech Club (10min background on our club and then introduce speaker)?
• Organize social event/group dinner

I am looking into getting a picture of what our financials are. I never saw anything before as we were lumped in with the Healthcare Club. I have reached out to Laura Nugent & Mae Wang to see if they can help get us situated with our accounts in quickbooks, which is where I would go to access the club's income.

Gopal - Do you have anything on what kind of money we have? I assume this $50 transaction will be okay, but we should have an idea of where the club stands.
