Hey All,

Below are notes/next steps for each area from today's meeting, thanks!

Mamta

- Think about for next time:

1. Think about your roles, number of people, and feedback for next year's structure, integration with hcc, etc.

2. Review logo/club name discussion next time as well

- Logos: Rada to send out potential options

- Club names: Change to health tech or digital health

Outreach:

- Progress made on getting judges, need to work more on marketing aspect, ticket sales currently at 12 (good mix), food handled and used $1500 from last year

- Gopal to send details on ordering shirts 

- SWH will be announced at next phitc meeting for marketing

- Andrew to reach out to PBG via Andrew Franklin 

Consulting:

- Pharmetrics: going well and people are great.  Need to figure out invoicing process

- Upenn project: issues with getting data and slow going, will reduce scope of work, have call with PennMed today to smooth things out 

Finance:

- Gopal/Danika to coordinate with wga to get account up and running; will stay in touch with consulting to figure out invoicing

- Gopal/Danika to connect with alums/wghv, also career services to see if they will sponsor for enterprise recruiting

Career:

- NYC trek planning - prob 4/11; planning to visit zocdoc, noom, medivo, figuring out details

- If you know of anyone planning to recruit in NYC, please let Emily/Ambika know so they can ensure to coordinate target companies for those folks

Social:

- Steve to coordinate exec board social, social with HCC execs, & club-wide social before end of semester

Communication:

- Rada to figure out website

- Rada is creating whit marketing email address to consolidate password/login, etc. information related to the club 

- Rada to send out options for logo - will also ask john pettengill if he can design a logo for us

- health tech vs digital health as new club name

- reminder to send things for newsletter- send to Rada directly for compilation; please include the startup weekend health items every week (till march 28)
