Dear WDHC,

We look forward to our strategy meeting tonight. I drafted a tentative agenda but would like to leave space for high level brainstorming and to discuss where we want this club to be in 12 months from today. 

2nd years: We hope you can all make it! Your experience and advice is much appreciated.

Time and location: 8:30pm, 2401, CC#5

Themes:

IT / CampusGroup: Transition away from googlegroups, work on the interface, set up membership payment system (work with WGA and HCC treasurer)

Career: 2014-2015 treks — When, where, who to visit?  

On-campus speakers

Relationship with HCC: Short term vs long term — does it make sense to become independent or stay associated?

Finance: fundraising, bank account, reimbursement, working with HCC

Startup Weekend:  Awesome event! Takeaways?

Outreach: PHITC and others?

Client Relations

1st year Elections: timing

Branding: Rada to present/discuss

Newsletter: Make it a recurring (weekly or biweekly) and educational repository of digital health news from various sources (FierceHealth IT, Rock Health, MedCity, Xconomy, etc).

Social: WDHC launch party — early in the fall?
