Startup Weekend Update

All,

We've made some great progress in ticket sales over the last few days, but we still need a big push this week to make the event a success.

As an update, we've sold 52 tickets so far (when we met on Tuesday we were at 33).

The breakdown now is:

• Developer: 13
  
• Designer: 3
  
• Clinician: 11
  
• Non-Technical: 19
  
• Demo Day: 6

Please continue to advertise to your friends, relevant groups, and announce to any classes.  Also, if any of you have contacts with designers, this is obviously a huge area of need.  We can heavily discount designers if needed.

Hi All,

I am going to make a trip to Walmart for supplies tomorrow afternoon (Thursday). Here is what I have on the shopping list from the Planning Doc. Please reply if there are additional items you think need to be added, or if you have insight on quantities neededI would especially like input for the office supply part of the list as I am pretty clueless on what is needed!!
