📌 WhistleTabs Testing – Quick FAQ (Please Read!) 

Q1 — I clicked the link but I ended up on a website version. Is that the app?

No — that’s just the old web version.
Google hasn’t activated your tester access yet, so your phone falls back to the website.

Once Google syncs your account, the real Play Store app will show an Install button.

Q2 — The login says “You must purchase WhistleTabs.” What’s wrong?

Nothing.
That message only appears on the website version, not the test app.

Once the Play Store app is active for your account, the test login will work:

Q3 — When will the test app become available for me?

Usually within 10–60 minutes after joining the tester group.

Google Play needs time to recognise your account as an approved tester — this is normal.

Q4 — What should I do now?

Just wait a little, then try the Play Store link again:

When Google has activated you, you’ll see:
Become a tester → Install

Q5 — Do I need a Gmail account?

Yes — Google testing works best when you join using a Gmail/Google email.

If you use another email, Google may block or delay access.

Q6 — Do I need to keep the app installed for 14 days?

Yes — this is required by Google to move WhistleTabs to public release.
