South Whidbey School Farms in Action workshop Mary 9th

Hi everybody!

I'm writing to let folks know that there will be a Farm Education workshop at the SWSD Elementary School Farm on May 9th, that's a Friday, from 9-3. Cary Peterson will give a talk on the founding of the program, Jay F. about the curriculum and I will talk about farming/gardening with the school year and K-12 curriculum as a priority. It's free. It would be primarily of interest to educators, so I imagine most of you will understandably pass on it but if you know of educators or non-profits near or far who might be interested, please pass the word! We've got several sign ups but have room for more.
