Problem with .htaccess when using in subdomain

I get a 500 server error when using your sources in a subdomain.
Do I have to add something to the .htaccess in the root folder?

I have fixed the problem.
On this vhost I already had ExpireHeaders activated, so I only deleted
the entries from your .htaccess
