Hi, friends,

Maybe you've already seen this.

I heard most of the panel reports. The first panel seemed to get at the heart of the issue. Looking at the report now, I see where what they addressed were the topics of the report.

While I've only heard the presentation and glanced at the website, it appears that this report does not skirt the truth about observations and effects of climate change. Whether our country is willing to address the biggest issues is a monumental question. 

When the first panel was asked what keeps them up at night, several indicated that these intense observations and predictions, while greatly concerning, are not what keep them up at night. Instead, it was the effects that they cannot foresee or predict that may be even worse or that we may not know how to mitigate.
