Whereyougo problem

I have a Google Pixel XL phone and have downloaded and installed the WhereYouGo app from the Google Play Store on it.  When I download a cartridge from whereigo.com to play it does not give me a choice where to place it on my phone, it automatically goes into the Downloads folder. I then start the WhereYouGo app and from the main screen I then touch Start.  A Information window then opens and says "No Whereigo cartridge available. Add cartridge file (*.gwc) into /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/menion.android.wheryougo/files/ directory and start WhereYouGo again!"

I can not figure out how to move the file. I have even called Pixel XL support and they could not get it moved.  They suggested I contact you.

Please help me, I love doing WhereYouGo caches and with the current problem I can't do any.

Nevermind, I just finally figured it out.  I just finally figured out how to have Whereyougo look in the download folder for the cartridges.
