Wherigo download problem

After i upgraded to android 5 i could no longer download a wheigo and other people had the same problem.

I remembered something i read about SD card access changes in android.

After i downloaded the cartridge in chrome to the download folder. The file worked in the player

If i go to Settings/Global/Wherigo Folder and select the file in download to change my whrigo folder it is possible to download new cartidges.

I have created a Wherigo subfolder in Downloads to use as my wherigo folder.

Because the player require a whergo file in the folder you select as the wherigo folder it is cumbersome to change it to a working folder. A download in the browser och a transfer from a computer is required

The player should have a better warning when the download is not working.

The standard wherigo folder should be changes to a folder with write access on newer android versions.

The select wherigo folder should not require a cartridge to change it

I have the same problem on Android 4.4.4.
Being able to choose a folder where you store cartdriges is important due to not much space on my phone. But I have loads on sd card and woud like to use it.
