It would be really great to have a "Load in" start & stop time.  In some cases, we have to be off stage while something else is going on and then gig starts later; e.g.,

Load in from 5:30-7:30pm; gig starts at 9pm

----
Another feature that would be great is a "custom" field; e.g.,
Gig requested from... (event broker "X", web site request, friend) to keep track of how many gigs we're getting from which source.

Thanks again,
  Norm.

Yeah.  I get that this would be nice information to have.  Basically, the gig form has the commonly used time attributes, as you have seen.  When can we load in? When is sound check? And what's the gig start, end. time? In some situations, we need more detailed information, like when we need to vacate the room.

For this sort of information, we can use the "Info for band members" field on the "Info" tab of the gig form.  The information you add there (supports complex formatting, also) will be printed on the gig detail page, and in the gig alert and gig reminder emails.

I suppose one could use the "Client" or "Contact" field for this.  I could add it to the Analytics  report options.
