Staff Changes to Existing Gigs

We had to remove a player from some of our upcoming gigs. Once we uncheck their name on the staffing page, obviously the gigs will fall off their list but will they be notified they have been removed/replaced?

No, although if you have your account configured so that members see only their gigs, the gigs will no longer show up on their list.   Also, if you're swapping out personnel you can do a one-step replacement on the "Band Members" => "Member Replacement" page.
