Pending Finance Question

Hello! I need help clearing some past shows from the Gig List. I've never had this problem until recently. The last 3 shows that were completed will not clear off the gig list and say in red lettering "Pending" under the finance column. I've messed around under the finance tab multiple times to try to clear these, but I'm stumped.

Hi Jessica--

If you hover your cursor over the word Pending on your gig list it should list the outstanding items.  Typically I find I didn't mark band members as paid (with the paid-on date set) or I didn't set the "Balance Received" date on the gig form "Finance => Accounting" tab.  Let me know if this solves your issue, and feel free to get in touch if you'd like more detail on this.
