I have someone who plays bass & guitar so their "Role" is "Guitar, Bass".  If I go into a gig -> Personnel -> Staffing View, select "Trio" (for example, which has "Bass", "Drums", "Keyboard"), the guy doesn't show up when I click on the "+" sign to assign someone.

How do I get it recognize someone who has multiple roles?

Thanks,
  Norm.

Hi Norm--

You basically have to make a single "role" entry that includes both, like make a single role for "guitar, bass", and then staff according to that.

The challenge I have is that I have some guys that only play bass (A, B, and C), some that only play guitar (D and E), and this guy that plays both (F).  So, when I'm staffing for a guitar, I need to see D, E, and F.
Similar for other things (guys that sing and also play an instrument).

I've solved it by creating another member with same info but each have a different role.

Cheers,
  Norm.
