A new tab in the VENUES section.

I had a suggestion for the VENUES; it would be really helpful if there were a tab on the venue, only visible to the account members, that could be used to note friends, fans and employees for later recollection.  Something like a space for names followed by notes and maybe a picture.  It might later be expanded out to include an email address which could be accumulated into a band fan email list for band schedule or monthly newsletter emails.  Just a thought.

Hi Douglas--

That's an interesting idea.  I'm having trouble understanding the relationship between venues, friends, fans, and employees.  Or is this more about keeping some sort of list of people who are interested in your band, and you think the Venues page would be a good location for this?

I'd think of it as a people of interest page relevant specifically to the venue and only viewable by band members.  Primarily a way to remember people or even groups of people that come to see you at that venue regularly.  IE: That older couple that loves Jimmy Buffet ballads but doesn't like the Buffet hits. That cocktail waitress with the amazing ass.  The bartender that also plays guitar.  You can see why this should only be viewable within a very small circle!  Just some way to put a name to the endless number of faces we meet playing music for people at each venue.  Texting myself works but scrolling back through years of texts to find notes on a specific venue is cumbersome at best, if not impossible at times.

By the way, I'm not sure I ever got to thank you for implementing a suggestion I made years ago that gigs be visible only to members who are assigned those gigs.  That feature has saved a lot of hassles over the years
