link two bands

Is it possible for me to link the calanders of two separate bands as admin?

Yes.  The multi-account feature allows you to show all of the gigs from your associated accounts on the gig list and gig calendar.  However, you can only modify gigs for the account you're logged into.  The multi-account feature also allows you to switch accounts very easily.
