On Jan 7th 2026, Data Map Wales stated
"We needed to make some changes to the LiDAR layers last month which included some temporary reduction in the availability of the layers and downloads. I will catch up with the team to check when we will be able to re-introduce the WMS and the hillshade and terrain layers and I will get back to you with more information as soon as I can."
