to Where is my Nexus One?
I ordered my phone on 14 Jan, 2010.
1. Google indicate the phone was shipped on 16 Jan, 2010
2. DHL showed the phone was picked up and arrived to Hong Kong
Airport.
3. No movement of tracking since then.
4. Called DHL on Jan 22 and they start an investigation
5. DHL email me and confirm the shipment is LOST and asked me to
contact Google
6. I contact Google 6th times via email, contact form, help support
and etc. No reply but Auto Message
7. Called Credit Card Company and attempt to stop payment,
unfortunately, the CC company said they can't do anything as Google
did "ship"
8. Called DHL again and they told me DHL raise the case back to Google
and ask for replacement shipment.
9. Stucked for 1 week, no progress.
10. Called DHL again and they said they are waiting for Google
response.
11. Followed @hdtravel advise and I contacted HTC via hotline.

HTC said they only responsible to the after sales service and warranty
and repair. They can help to forward my case to Google, but they are
not the point to contact. They promise to give me feedback if they
heard anything.

Google definitely mess up the supply chain.
Well, if HTC shipped the phone; they are part of the supply chain and
the order services for order is handled by Google. Google shall
validate if the order is actually being ship and delivered to customer
or not. (Imagine 14 days later, Google receive 40% phone lost in
transit; not sure if they can help themselves)

Same arrangement with Apple and its hardware provider Foxconn.
("Apple" ship iphone from Foxconn factory in SZ) I order iPhone from
Apple and only need to deal with Apple; not Foxconn!

The Google Nexus One is Google branded; I see no reason why I need to
dive into Google's internal matter. Google, let me know if you need a
supply chain expert, I can help you to clean up your mess!!
