I ordered my phone on 6th January.
Got tracking number on 9th January.
But called DHL, they said Google has yet to send the phone to DHL.

Google employee Dontae called me on 27 January with phone and promised
wanna jumpstart the order but since then there was no news or reply
from him.. HELP

you got call from holly google; google bless you. all i got is auto
reply and said "if you have problem with your phone, you can use our
online help" for christ sake, I don't even got my phone yet!!!

The problem is.. after the call there are no reply already. I ordered
my phone on 6th jan.. going to be a month already..
