BUG? N95 Applications folder shows "continued activity icon"

I am only accessing WHERE within the Applications folder on my N95.
After I open WHERE and then close WHERE and then exit contents of
Applications folder, I see a "continued activity icon" that continues
to hover over the Applications folder icon in the menu view that is
giving me a visual message that there is still application activity
going on within the Application folder.

For example in normal use with WHERE open while I take a telephone
call or change mode on my N95 and then I return to WHERE via main-
screen>menu>Applications>WHERE, I see that "continued activity icon"
on the Application folder--I like that reminder that something is
going on within the folder itself. But I don't think I should be
seeing the icon after I exit WHERE.

Is GPS still running in back ground?

If I power down N95 and return to menu page, the "continued activity
icon" is gone over Applications folder as you would expect.
