Is it possible to remap the up and down keys, then reset them to their
default functionality while I've got a popup showing (i.e. so in the
popup they'll move the selection up and down a <list>)?

As of right now, you can not change the triggers. i.e. State A, and
RIGHT_SOFT_KEY does this, State B and RIGHT_SOFT_KEY does that.

Im not sure what your looking to do but you might be able to handle
this with the onFocus and onSelect action attributes in the popup. For
example, when focus goes to a certain listitem in the popup, set focus
to something new in the main page. I think you might be able to get
the desired behavior without the triggers.
