Hi everyone.

Me and my colleagues are really interested in where and so the
geoinformatics lab I work in just bought a boost mobile phone to check
out where and develop on a live platform. Unfortunately boosts servers
have been down for the past few weeks and won't allow me to download
it.

My question: what phones / cell providers do you all use? I liked the
option of boost because we only had to buy the phone and pay for where
service fee to boost once every month. Is our only option to get a
phone from sprint and be forced to sign a
2 year contract?

I appreciate your time and tour help with this issue. We can't wait
to get on board with where and the community!

Matt-
All the info that you are looking for can be found here ...

Click the Boost icon. Look for "Does Where support my phone".

I think Matt was looking for an alternative to Boost... without
signing up for a 2-yr plan.
There is the option of using a Nokia N95, right? Any other phones not
tied to a carrier?

Yeah, I was looking for an alternative to Boost. The emulator hasn't
been working for me, so a phone is my best option I think, unless it's
something I'm doing that's killing the emulator. I don't see
anything on where's site about N95 but I'm probably not looking in the
right place. Thanks for the help!
