WhereCamp SoCal where/when finalized

Hi all,

WhereCamp SoCal where/when is now set. We will be at SDSU on July 17th
and 18th courtesy of the SDSU VizLab and Dr. Eric Frost.

This is the weekend *directly* after the ESRI User Conf in San Diego,
so we will hope to attract some more 'traditional' GIS types as well.

We have one large lecture hall for ~150 people and 8-10 classroom
sized spaces in the Adams Humanities building directly next to the
trolley station.
