Detect if a Cron is running or not

Hi,

I have a situation where I want a Cron to run every hour *provided*
that its previous instance is not running. How can I achieve this?

Lockrun is your friend here - https://github.com/pushcx/lockrun

Once installed you can set up your whenever :job_template to use it.
