Hi Andrew
I have been in touch with Michael Kennedy this morning.
He gave me the same line he gave you. I also spoke with Simon Moriarty but he said he would have to get approval from Michael first so that isn't going anywhere either. 
I also texted James Fenner as the email I had for him was not working and have just got a response.
I will reply to him with the group details.
I have asked my solicitor to find out whether there is a statutory obligation to disclose the contact details for the flat owners. I have had contradictory advice so far.

And also another guy called Stephen  Laucirica 'stephen....@virgin.net' who I approached previously about the Management Company – not sure which flat he was from – no door numbers! – but I think it will be 8 or 9 22 Wheler Street.

I know we can find out everyone's details from the Land Registry, but
it'll only be names and previous addresses, not emails / phone
numbers. Plus it's £4 per flat.

Things have gone a little quiet. I've managed to get contact Flat 7
and am still trying for flat 9 (23 wheler street).

Hi,

Sorry I'm in Panama returning next week. I think we're going to have to knock on some doors.... Or perhaps we organise and advertise a gathering in the courtyard to discuss?
