Simon is sending a letter to absent leaseholders

Simon has been in touch offering to send a letter on our behalf to absent leaseholders.

I have sent him a quick letter to forward on and Blind CCed the group.

I will give the google group details to anyone who replies.

Any thoughts on why Simon would offer to do this?

Hm, not sure. Word of caution - in our experience what Simon says and what he actually does do not always correlate.

We have now exchanged on our flat and therefore will take a back seat role in buying leasehold except to say that the new owners are keen to buy it. Do we have to respond individually to their lawyers and if so, by when?
