No. 23 keypad

Hi all,

As many of you have probably experienced, the keypad for No. 23 has been intermittently faulty for some time now, resulting in many of us being locked out. I've contacted Hamilton king many times regarding this yet they seem incapable or unwilling to fix the problem.

Can I ask that the other residents of No.23 all contact Hamilton King independently regarding this, if we all complain they might be more inclined to sort it out, though I won't hold my breath!
