We would definitely like to buy the leasehold if poss. We are selling
our flat, but the potential buyers (yet to exchange) are also
interested. I think Coleen and Dale (flat 10) are also interested.
I wonder if a simple sheet in the doorway as well might provoke people
to sign up as there are quite a lot of rented flats (eg flat 8) and I
wonder if the owners have got the letter (they're in Dubai). If people
tick a box then perhaps we can get a clearer idea of who's not
interested. It took me this long to remember to take a pen down to
write the address down! I'll perhaps stick up a sheet near your web
address and see if it gets any ticks.
