Hi,

Did anyone else receive their service charge bill? Simon Moriarty has just rung to chase for payment - I told him I hadn't yet received my bill.

I take it they didn't sell the freehold then, or he wouldn't be calling?

I think he'll be calling... He did say that they were expecting to have sold the freehold by now but hadn't because of unforeseen problems.

Didn't receive a charge notice either.

Any one know what the total percentage of flat owners who were interested in purchasing?

I've got it on a sheet at home, can reply with a number tonight. The longer the current sale drags on the more likely they are to accept a low ball offer...
