Morning
Does anyone know who's alarm goes off every morning at around 7:30 and
keeps going for over 1 hour? Im in 2/23 on the bottom floor and as
far as I can work out it is coming from upstairs when standing in the
courtyard.
If I can hear it surely its annoying others? I assume no one is home
or they are very heavy sleepers.

I'm afraid we can't comment as don't seem to have heard anything similar to that. Only that it's not us.
There is an annoying alarm which goes off above our flat but only because it's kept on the floor and we hear the vibrations directly above our bed. But that's usually bang on 7 every week day.
