I plan to push off from White Post and do the 17 mile loop at 5:30. I am a solid 13 mile an hour average. This is not to take away from the women’s group, but I’m usually slower than them. If anyone wants to join me feel free to respond to this or to call  Or text me at 540-533-2028.

Emily, I am unavailable tomorrow night and Friday night maybe Saturday or Sunday during the day sometime and most likely Sunday because Saturday is jampacked for me
