Being one of the longer standing members of the Wheelmen, I have to say CCAP’s ride today was one of the most successful, well organized charity rides we have ever had in our community.  I was amazed at the enthusiasm of the volunteers.  It makes you feel special when they cheer you on.  Rest stops were filled with great snacks and more enthusiastic volunteers.  And, I thank all of the police officers who made the event a safe cycling experience.  Their presence was appreciated by all.

Wow!  These photos are amazing!  So many great shots of familiar happy faces!  I did not realize anyone took a photo of Robert - Ed - Me in our assembly line attempting to attach our numbers - hysterical!

Ha ha thank you Tracy that before the cramping episodes😀 at miles 52 on one of those hills 😀 cramping began. Tried standing Quat stretches was too painful then I remembered Asian Squat stretch and that’s saved me combination with a lot of electrolyte 😀. Looking forward for next year.
