Ive just installed a gp460 in my wheelman. The gastank wouldnt fit so
I ordered one from a scooter shop in St Pete and it fits perfect. then
I made a mount that supports the engine from underneath as well as the
side. I had to use the washers to space the clutch, installed an xcan
and now all I have to do is put new linkage and throttle cable in, and
reassemble. i had alot of trouble with the clutch springs (must take
off the 3 star screws and plate and turn the clutch shoes toward the
center and voila) but i finally figured out the way they were mounted
and was able to add the clutch saver springs from daves motors.

i am hoping to take it for a ride today.....if i can make a brake
lever into a throttle....(uncharted territory here)

cheers

removed 5" of top stabilizer rod over the spark plug, took another
delrin rod and place on top of it and secured it with 3 bolts on each
side. Works great!

tested it out and HOLY SHIT! the headkit and ree intake for my bushpig
were more than the gp460 complete......not to metion it goes nearly
twice as fast right out of the box, no tuning, than the said ADA
bulllshit........

I would estimate 35mph at least.........i couldnt believe how fast it
is. still cant.....

xcan is loud as hell. its good here though so people know im coming
and wont be such a dumb ass when i try to pass them on sidewalk, etc.
My first wheelman was quiet and you never knew what direction the
sheeple would go once they were startled from me creeping behind
them....

I realize this is a highly old thread but I was wondering if there were any pictures of the modifications you've made or any sort of step by step you could help me out with to do this conversion.
Thank you very much.

The photos aren't too descriptive, but this set includes several pics of the mods I had to do to the fuel tank to accomodate the larger engine I put on the Wheelman I used to have:

Yeah, I'm in the U.S. and just got my first Bushpig, I can't find anything for a manual or anyone that knows anything about them really, My main questions are;
1. The tires seem to be loose on the pulleys. Is that standard or are these pulleys shot?
2. There is a small tensioner on the chain but I can't tell if the chain is shot because the wheels seem loose. Im still not sure if they're supposed to be that loose for the style of riding.
Any help would be much appreciated. If not just contact me so we can exchange ideas. Thanks again,
