ARTS AT PLAY comes to Khar (W) & Matunga (E) Arts at Play: 45 workshops across 5 centres in Mumbai, April to June
Greetings from Junoon's Arts at Play! After a delightful start at Juhu and Kandivili West, our workshops for 6 to 16 yr olds now come to in full force to the Western suburbs. Complementing the programme at Prithvi Theatre, Juhu, a selection of 8 wonderful workshops come to Kids Club, Khar (W), starting 27 April through to 8 June. On offer are workshops in theatre & performance poetry movement & dance speech texts puppets, and juggling – you don’t know what you’re missing if you’ve never tried this! All our workshops are conducted by artists who are professionals in their field – we don't believe in generating trainers. As arts professionals, our conductors are keenly attuned to the possibilities of their art and thereby extremely well equipped to truly unleash the creative potential in youngsters. This is why we do Arts at Play – to bring you and your children the latent power of the arts. Coming up soon are 9 exciting workshops at Shishuvan School, Matunga (E) from 4 May to 13 May. Here we offer workshops on theatre & performance clay storytelling dance & movement language – hindi & english, and puppets – including the amazing experience of shadow puppetry The best part is – seats are still available at all venues! So you, your children, their friends, and their friends’ friends can still sign up. Simply walk into any of the venues listed below at the given timings, and register.
