Tribute to Gene Hackman - Screening of 'The Conversation'

Greetings from the Cinephile Film Club!

This Wednesday, 5th March 6.30 pm, as a tribute to the actor Gene Hackman,who passed away recently, Sachin Chatte will host the screening of the acclaimed film The Conversation  (1974, 114 mins).

Directed by Francis Ford Coppola, this thriller has Hackman playing Harry Caul, a surveillance expert who is the best in the business when it comes to tapping conversations. During one of his assignments, he comes across a murder plot, leading to a moral dilemma. The film won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for 3 Oscars. 

Please note the screening is on Wednesday 5th March,
